Refund Policy - Nerds + Coffee
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for the services provided by Nerds + Coffee. By
engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following refund policy:
Deposit and Payment:
- a. Nerds + Coffee may require a deposit or partial payment before commencing work on your project. This payment is
non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
- b. Full payment for the completed services is required upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed upon between
Nerds + Coffee and the client.
Refund Eligibility:
- a. Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- i. Failure to initiate or commence work on the project within a reasonable time frame, as mutually agreed upon between
Nerds + Coffee and the client.
- ii. Failure to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline, except in cases where the delay is due to
factors beyond Nerds + Coffee's control or the client's failure to provide necessary information or cooperation.
- iii. Failure to meet the specifications and requirements as outlined in the project scope, resulting in a substantial
deviation from the agreed-upon objectives.
- iv. Any other exceptional circumstances that warrant a refund, as determined by Nerds + Coffee on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process:
- a. To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to Nerds + Coffee, detailing the reason for the refund
and providing any supporting documentation or evidence.
- b. Nerds + Coffee will review the refund request and notify the client of the decision within a reasonable time frame.
- c. If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the non-compliance or failure to
deliver the agreed-upon services.
- d. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the same method as the original payment, unless otherwise mutually
agreed upon between Nerds + Coffee and the client.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- a. The following circumstances are generally non-refundable:
- i. Changes in the client's requirements, preferences, or business circumstances after the project has commenced.
- ii. Dissatisfaction with the design, visual elements, or subjective aspects of the completed services, provided they
align with the agreed-upon project scope.
- iii. Inability to provide the requested services due to the client's failure to provide necessary information,
cooperation, or feedback within a reasonable time frame.
Dispute Resolution:
- a. In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, Nerds + Coffee and the client will make reasonable efforts to resolve
the issue through negotiations or mediation.
- b. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the dispute will be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction as
outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
Please note that this Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under
applicable laws.
